Vero products are 32-bit Microsoft Windows applications and were written for the Intel Pentium family of processors. Use anything other than genuine 32-bit Intel Pentium processors may result in the haphazard performance of Vero products and in some cases may result in poor performance or features not working. Intel Celeron CPU’s generally run slower than non-Celeron CPU’s as they have no internal cache.
Please note, Vero products are supported and tested on 64-bit systems. However, Cabinet Vision is still a 32-bit application and because of this, it does not take full advantage of a 64-bit Operating system.
- Some earlier versions of Cabinet Vision may operate on Windows 7, or Windows Vista
- Cabinet Vision was not designed to run on Apple Products and therefore Planit will not support it
Vero software has been reported to install and run on the 'Home' editions of the above operating systems. However, this is not what is recommended and therefore Vero will not be held accountable for any issues that arise that are specifically related to utilising these NON recommended operating systems.
Please note, Vero Software will not operate on Windows RT operating systems

If you experience slowness or the mouse pointer is not in sync with what you are clicking on, please change Windows settings back to 100%.

Internet Connection
This is now considered essential. Your Cabinetvision User must have internet access to send and receive emails from Planit for support issues and they need to be able to download program updates Vero Software Worldwide E-support sites.
Planit Cutting Edge Solutions also offers online support whereby we can take control of your computer remotely and assist with training and support issues.
Solid Essential Online requires Internet Access in order to maintain an active license. Disconnection from the Internet for longer than 90 days will require a connection to the Internet in order to reactivate the license.
